The USD price on the renewal confirmation page is the amount to review. This guide does not accept payments. Availability for a particular number depends on the website's verification.
Renewal requirements by operator
Hong Kong
Per renewal: 3 months
Repeated renewals are supported. The confirmation page shows the amount for the entire renewal period.
US physical SIM numbers
Per renewal: 1 month
Renew before expiry. Recovery may be impossible after a number expires. Check the expiry date in advance.
United Kingdom
Per renewal: 3 months
Within 10 days after expiry, you may contact support to request recovery. Recovery is not guaranteed, and a request is not a successful automatic renewal.
Indonesia
Per renewal: 3 months
After a successful renewal, check the updated actual expiry in My numbers.
Canada
Ordinary single-number renewal is not supported
For 1,000 or more numbers sharing the same number prefix, contact support to ask whether the supplier's special conditions apply. Meeting the quantity does not guarantee acceptance or success. This page offers no self-service bulk renewal.
How to renew and check the result
- Select your number in My numbers and check the operator and current expiry.
- Review the renewal period and USD amount, then complete identity confirmation.
- After success, check the updated expiry and your website transaction records.
Periods, time and automatic renewal
The supplier uses UTC. Refer to the updated actual expiry shown in My numbers. The nominal periods of 1 month and 3 months do not promise a fixed extension of 30 or 90 days.
Purchase validity and renewal periods differ. Initial US virtual-number validity is generally close to 3 months; available options are shown on the purchase page. Hong Kong purchase validity is within 1 month, and US physical SIM numbers can initially be purchased for up to 1 month.
Repeated renewal does not mean automatic charging. Automatic renewal applies only when the website provides the feature and you explicitly enable and authorize it.
The USD amount shown on the confirmation page covers the quoted renewal period. Review it before confirming a renewal.
Pending results and support
If an operation is processing or its result is unknown, do not create a duplicate renewal request. Keep and check the original operation. For problems, use Support in the member centre. Do not pay again simply because the page has not updated.
After signing in, select Support in the sidebar to submit a ticket and follow the replies.
